So, since the Easy Pack works, you know that the pump control relay and its fuse are good. And it's probably safe to assume the roof control unit is good. That would leave little or nothing else to consider besides the various limit switch inputs on the latches and such.
If you lack even a basic diagnostic reader, then you could access the connector to the roof controller, disconnect it, and then make continuity checks between the various sockets the inputs are wired to. Those checks are easily done, but getting the connector out might involve removing rear interior panels. Or not.
