Akebono - hands down the best low dust ceramic brake pad. Running them on all three of my M/B's and my wheel cleaner bottle now gets little use. Buy them once and done from FCPEuro.

AKebono doesnt have pads for the front of a 2007 SL65. I had to get brembo pads. Lets see how that works out. I put Akebono in the rear.

I haven't looked for an 07', but this is the Akebono p/n for the front pads on an 06' SL65. It's what I purchased and they fit fine.

I recall that change, so yes, I see your point and agree with you, that they will not fit. I could look in to this further, but I think I would rather take a nap today.

Update:
I used the Akebono pads on the rear. Great low dust.
I used the brembo pads on the front. Heavy dust.
Replaced the Brembo with Hawk pads. Great low dust.

It's a 2008.

As to the 2 brake pads listed, is one for the front and the other the rear? Which is which? I cannot find anything on line telling me those work. Can you post a link please?

I picked a 2005 before you gave me the info. akebono doesnt list for 2008. Hawk performance brake pads however do list them for a non P30. If you PM me your vin I can get you the exact part numbers,
