SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: ABC suspension question.

ABC suspension question.
Question on my 2004 R230. This is my mom's car. The front of the car sags down after sitting for a week or two, the rear does not. Is this normal? or a problem with the valve block? Thanks, in advance.

That's typical behavior of an aging ABC system, and often it is indeed linked to a valve block that needs attention.
Your mom's '04 R230 has ABC 1, which uses a valve block that can be rebuilt. Since the front suspension only sags after sitting for a couple of weeks, however, it could just be that the o-rings are a bit worn, but not yet damaged.
I experienced something similar with my S55 (which also has ABC 1) and was able to remedy it with a fluid / filter change and an additive that slightly swells older o-rings and restores their ability to seal.
