Something different... Red SL65
Was at the dealer yesterday with a friend picking up an 05 SL55. They had this on the showroom floor...

Hmmn, red just doesn't work for me on the SL body. There are a few around town and they just don't look nearly as good as the silver or pewter versions. But then again I'm pretty narrow minded: the only colors that look good to me are silver, pewter, obsidian and opal black. And black only really works for me when the car has been lowered and put on 20s.

Still, I'd take that red 65 over my 03 55 any day-- good paint jobs are only about $20k

looks awesome.... can't believe the put a sticker on the back of a $190,000 car!

I was at a dealer yesterday, and they had a black SL65..... I think I like the red better....

I love red as well for some cars, but the SL IMHO should be either silver, or black with polished rims.

I'll pass. IMO, red doesn't really fit the car. In my dreams, it would be in white with red interior although this red one still looks very nice.

I just saved them a long time ago, I belive one of them was from a famous basketballer/footballer
