Ventilated Seat Option

For those with the ventilated seats, can this option be left in a permanent on position until manually changed or does it have to be activated each time the car is started? Can you also activate it with the remote key from the outside?

The active ventilation comes on when you put the top down with the key from outside the car.

Ventilated seats are special seats in which a number of fans are incorporated inside it, therefore increasing airflow and keeping the body cool and dry while driving. Basically no sweating after a long drive.

Yeah, will keep you from sticking to the seat. I have heard that if there are numberous systems active at once that it will not opperate due to low battery power. I have not experienced that yet.

Hello Chris,

IMO this feature is very useful - when you're driving in Summer (35° + here in France). Due to this option you dont start to sweat like crazy and I like this ventilation a lot.

I had never problems with the battery (with the recent model) so therefore I only can recommend this item.
