Does anyone know where I could get a European antenna for my SLK? I've seen pictures of it, it's about half the length of the standard U.S. antennas.

That's bad ***. Thanks a bunch. I've been looking for it for over a year. I just registered to be on MBWorld this week and I'm getting all of my questions answered. Thanks again.

I love this stuff
I love that antenna and will probably order one in the next week or two for my own SLK.

If you're looking for another nice "low-profile" touch for your Mercedes, I found replacement tire valve caps at performance products.com, I ordered a set with the silver color for $13.

Does anyone know how to attach the European antenna? Does it screw on like the longer one?

Thats the antenna i see it everyday...not a big deal, believe me
Oh thats my antenna in the photo.!!Thats even different in US.
i see.
Is it something functional?or a marketing trick. As a matter of fact you can use a metal spoon as an antenna.Oh i forgot about your standarts..it must be something official, everything have to be bigger )

I can send you mine if you send me your trunk lid-cover .(None of the SLKs here have a square plate space...)Deal?lol

Bad news! I need my trunk lid

Anyway, the antennae on our SLK's are so ugly! They look like something that was pulled off a Dodge truck! I personally believe this is a marketing ploy, as the antennae found on US SL's are short stubby and "Euro" style. I guess they want to make the SL antenna part of our image of the "dream" car.
