What the hell? $35M AUD is $25M USD... hardly anything to scoff about. I very much doubt that you make anywhere near that in one month. Prices in Sydney are closer to those of Southern Orange County. Cheaper than Malibu, Newport, and La Jolla... not quite the ****hole which you seem to envision it to be.
