Do people have good/bad experiences to report on Northern CA service departments?

As with many questions, I think you would get different answers depending on who you talked to, however I have not heard of any complaints with our local service departments. Most of the dissatisfaction I have heard about is with the sales departments and I myself have had pretty good service from my local sales department. If you would like to talk to a group of people, consider coming by our next meet on 11/19/05 @ 10:30 am. It will be posted about 1-2 weeks ahead of time as we finalize the details...
