I have a few friends who changed their wheel tire sizes an inch up. Insurance guy came over to check it after he had a bad hit and said they wouldn't cover it since it wasn't the original factory specs. Such a hassle since now they're going to court over it.
I know it sounds stupid but in Australia they are not consumer driven as the United States I see.
Damn, you guys pay less for cars and are able to have more mod ability on your cars.
One thing I noticed in America is many cars have chrome rims or bigger non factory rims/shoes. In Australia you rarely see that due to the above mentioned problem with insurance companies here.
