Here is the pics of the steering wheel with the new shift paddles installed in my SLK. There was no re-wiring required for my vehicle and my original steering wheel does not comes with the shifting mechanism from the factory.

I am based in Singapore. I went up to my workshop who does MB vehicles and requested him to order a steering wheel for my SLK with the new shift paddles. Cost is approx. US$1,030 with the new pair of steering wheel including labour.Originally Posted by dsb

Shifting mechanism at the steering is great for me as it rectifies the inconvenience from using the auto stick .
