It made me laugh when he said one of the main reasons he bought it was to pi55 off James May who has just bought a Boxster S.
One thing that may be possible now is that both get tested on track when Top Gear returns for its next series...... if JC pushes it I could see him challenging James May to a duel..... could be fun!

Very cool. I hope he gets it soon. Like others, I'd like to see some hard driving comparisons between the Boxster S and SLK55 besides a "shoot out." Top Gear would be the perfect place to compare the two... much better than softcore Motorweek.
Maybe some of you UK Boxster S and SLK55 owners can offer up your cars so he could show us what they really could do
