Will 20in wheels fit in slk 55?
Anyone out there ever tried to fit a set of 20in wheels in a 55? Do anyone know if it is possible? Or any modifications needed?

Anything is possible with enough money. I'm positive that 20's will rub on the SLK they are just too big. IMO it will look ridiculous with 20's its too high if you don't get a big enough drop. Your SLK will look like an ML if you put 20's on it. I say go with 19's

not a good idea , the best thing is to check the recommended rims for your SLK 55 with your MB dealer

Ya you can, but only if you plan to drive the car straight. You can't turn, it will rub against the fenders. And at high speeds that will be ripped off.

It will fit cause the tire can get smaller to put on a bigger wheel, but that is for 19 inch, 20 is just not ganna work.

There are 19 and half inch wheels out there. well maybe on the internet, i don't think anyone will sell half inch wheels in stores.

20's will not work. This is not an suv!

yes they will with a 225 30 20 front and 245 30 20 rear

I tried putting my friend's Brabus 20" on just for fun. The wheels was fitted with 255/30-20. Looks nice but I never drove them.
