C2Design of Tampa is getting my SLK55AMG "READY" for action!
Kleemann Kompressor
Stage 2 ECU
Kleemann limited slip differential
Kleemann front lip
Side amber signals painted in Iridium silver to match the body of the car
LSD-doors
K40 radar/laser detector with laser jammer, this will be a bluetooth system with remote control. The indicators for the K40 will be mounted into my rearview mirror.
Before and after dyno.
The car will be finished by the end of December.
Here is a picture of my car before mods.
More pictures and info to come!
I think I know exactly where that photo was taken, If you're on 275 West you take the Airport exit past the Hilton or Hyatt and there is a little side road on the right that is parallel to the 4 lane highway that runs into Clearwater? I could be mistaken, but I’ve taken photos of all of the cars in the same location

The pictures were taken on a road parallel to FL-60 E I believe it's the same road your referring to, this was however taken in the opposite direction going to Tampa coming from Clearwater. Thanks for the compliments, I like your Lamborghini as well as all your other listed cars.
Zaint10,
Chris and Spencer of C2Design are great, you can always send your car over here and fly down to see how the work is coming along
C2Design is really worth it. I baby my car and wouldn't trust any other shop.

Once the transformation is done we should definitely meet up some time, I'm normally in the Treasure Island/Reddington Shores area twice or 3 times a month.

I can't even order my SLK55 until January or February, but I will certainly be interested in the progress of yours.

I was wondering if I should do the kompressor or not, after much thinking I have decided that this modification will be the most beneficial upgrade.
Chappy,
Thanks I will be keeping everyone posted.
NOTKTS,
I'm looking forward to meeting up with you once I'm finished, I know it will be a pleasure for me to see any one of your cars.
zaint10,
I have considered doing the headers/exhaust but this will cost me more money and at this time I feel that I'm doing a lot as is. I might do the headers and exhaust later on. At this time I'm happy doing the kompressor, Stage 2 ECU and limited slip differential since this will add the most power to my car.
WDRiley,
NOTKTS answered this question correctly Lambo-Style-Doors, this was just something I wanted to add in order to have my car stand out, I wanted some cosmetics along with performance upgrades.
kleemann kompressor is the way to go. only thing missing is the V8 KOMPRESSOR on the side and your ready to rape whatever tries to race you

all the best
im saving up for mine :P $11,000 is a lot of money!
Thank you, I'm looking forward to putting all that power to good use
If it is $11K, I think I might start planning my '06 B-Day gift.
The Kleemann kompressor installed costs close to $15,000.00 but the stage 2 ECU upgrade is needed in order to get maximum performance, a limited slip differential is needed if you want to be able to actually use all the power that the kompressor provides, So this entire setup will cost more. My car will be a Kleemann Stage 3 setup.

My dad is a car enthusiast yet hates modding cars - i'm completely different. just wanted to know =)
the V8 KOMPRESSOR emblem you can buy for $12 on ebay
No need to stop by mercedes =P
I already bought the V8 Kompressor logos from MB, I heard many people complain about the quality of the ones on Ebay.
r u going to get some new rims?
u might wanna paint all the emblems and the amg rim centers(if u r keeping them) black. itll make ur car stand out w/o being too crazy and over the top
I wasn't planning on getting new rims since I like the rims I have, I actually paid for the 030 package just to get these rims and all the other stuff included. I don't want to go over board with cosmetic mods but I did consider painting the center of the rims, but I still don't know if I should.

What size are your tires/rims on the 030 package? I just bought a SLK350 and absolutely love your rims!
MPRESION
front: 7.5 x 18 ET 37 with 225/40R18, rear: 8.5 x 18 ET 30 with 245/35R18
I'm glad you like them.
Here are some more pictures showing the progress of C2Design's work, these guys are just fantastic they impress me each and every time I go there

There will be many more pics included in this thread of the work being done along with the other parts being installed on my car by C2Design's.
