Rear Tire Sizes

I've got another 1k or 2k miles left in the rear and would like to order new tires soon. I really want to put a 285/30/19 in the rear, but will be satisfied with a 275/30/19.

What all needs to be done on the car for it to handle these tire sizes?

Thanks,

Dinko

I will use the Pirelli Rossos again in the rear (since the front set has plenty tread left) and after that, I want to try the Toyo T1-R's.

I'm going to try 275 TOYO on 9.5 in the rear too. I'll let you know if there is rubbing issue or not.
I'm kinda afraid I might have to roll fender.

I got some a autoshop to do it for me so I'm not really sure what brand. It cost me around 200 bucks for the bulbs and installation. You are going to going to run 285 on your comp? If they can fit, I'm sure you can get a lot more grip!! By the by chance do you know what is the offset of your C21? Thanks!!

I have no knowledge about offset's. You need to contact Peter @ Wheelexperts...

I'm sure I would get the grip, and that is what I ultimately want. Just a matter if it will fit "ok" -- hoping it does.

Both Iforged and DCR's rep said Toyo's might fit 275 w/o rolling your fenders, assuming you don't lower your car.

That is good news. I guess I'll finish off the Pirelli's with another 265 in the rear and then do 235 & 275 Toyo's....
