where can I buy 7mm spacer for slk55?

I bought new wheels but I couldn't install because rear wheels thoch caliper.

So I need 7mm spacer. Do you guys know where I can get it?

I already tried 5mm from H&R but I need 7mm.

H&R and EIBACH only make 5mm, 10mm and bigger sizes...

Man, you must be cutting it real close if 5 is too small and 10 is too big. I'm guessing the H&R 10mm would work fine. However, you usually have to buy them online which means you have to commit to spending 50-100 bucks on something that might not work.

The other option is buying a cheap, generic spacer from a local wheel retailer. I'm talking about those ghetto wheel shops where they use all sorts of various spacers to accomodate anything and everything. I once bought a generic spacer for temporary use. I only used it to determine what size would work. I then bought the right H&R spacer online.

lorinser makes a 7mm spacer, i used them on the lm5's i had on my clk a few years back. the kit can be purchased fromwww.cecwheels.com and i believe its $100 for each wheel which includes the spacer and lugs. i had a problem and i needed new lugs all around so i was forced to buy 4 of these kits a few years back and had no use for the additional spacers. i looked around but all i could find now was 3 of the 7mm spacers. heres what they look like:

let me know if you want them.

Using the spacers above... wouldn't the user first need to ensure the hubcentric ring is the correct size for the aftermarket wheel?

Thank you dsb.

I will return it and buy correct offset wheels.

Can you tell me your wheels offset and size ? Are you using spacer too?

Heres a few:

The Lorinser spacer won't work because it is hubcentric to genuine Lorinser wheels.

Sizes:
F 19x8 235/35
R 19x10 265/30
However, I'd recommend 19x9.5 on the rear. Sorry, I don't know the offset. DPE never disclosed that information.

I don't use a spacer. I do use hubcentric rings. Most people do with AM wheels. If you can get away from using a spacer, you're better off. If not, make sure you get one made specifically for you hub size. Those generics listed above are good just to test fit the wheel. However, they will not be centered and will cause your wheels to be off balance. It can be dangerous at moderate to high speeds.

Good luck bro.
