SLK55 AMG
Drove 2000 miles to pick up my 55 (pics)
Well I finally drove back down to Sarasota to pick up my 55 last week. The timing was perfect- I escaped a blizzard and was welcomed with 75 degree weather 
Here are a few pics:

i saw your thread on www.s2ki.com, how does it feel coming from the s2k? is the SLK a 6spd or an auto?

SLK55 AMG
///AMGs are 7g autos. It is definitely a big step coming from the s2k. I absolutely loved that car. The slk is much more comfortable, more attractive, faster, and has more cache, but the s2k still holds a special place in my heart.

ohh nice. I thought the SLKs had a 6spd option, guess i was wrong.
guess i'll tell you the same thing the guys over there told ya, get those rims changed
. I think that car would look awesome with some 5 spokes.
Does the SLK feel a lot heavier than the S2k, or does it feel just as nimble?

didn't know there was a monochromatic tan leather option- red with tan is very attractive.
