They got one at MBLN for $455,000. It's on the showroom floor, but with velvet ropes around it. Someone asked a salesperson for a closer look, and I could see them opening up the hood, gullwings, etc, but I was outside and couldn't see in that well.

Talked to my guy at MBLN today. He said that locally, a few have sold. All for well above the $455,000 sticker. He said that House of Imports (probably the one over at DC Motors in Anaheim) sold for about 1.1 Million, Beverly Hills sold one for 1.2 Million, and MBLN's went yesterday for just under 1 Million. Additionally, there are two on eBay that went for a minimum of $850,000 (that was the reserve according to salesguy).

i saw one at fletcher jones mercedes in newport too... sticker was also around 450k+ i took a few pics with my camera phone. it looks a bit strange in person but still cool. i saw the one dc motors had on ebay and i think the buy it now price was $999,999.

Well, if my source at MBLN is accurate, the reserve will have to be at least 1.1 Million since that is what the one from HOI sold for, and someone else here (Marcus?) said the one at DC Motors came from HOI, so.....
But that information seems conflicting since the eBay auction's buy-it-now price is $950K.
Anyhow.
Risky, IMHO, to put something like that on eBay. You'd better check the Buyer's feedback R E A L L Y carefully!!
