Funny how they stop the vid as it gets embarrassing.

Full video... The host seemed like an SLS hater to me. Even when the SLS is beating him he changes the subject as if no one sees the him getting beat and starts getting excited about the engine sound! lol

I don't see how he's an SLS hater at all. Fact is, versus the Noble and Turbo S, patently "it doesn't have a hope."

Sorry I smell a rat. On paper the Lexus should be faster, when you look
out of the SLS window you can see the Lexus catching it quite quickly then
it looks like he takes his foot off the gas, unless he cocked up a gear change or something. Needs to be run again.

No, what you saw was the SLS changing gears and then leaving the $400k Japanese crapmobile in its dust. I also think that the Nissan GTR is a better car. Who cares what the car can do on paper, you can see what it cant to on the ground and thats all that matters.

Exactly.

I always have thought the LFA was overpriced for what it offers, but oh well. I will take a look at the video later today.

Sounds impossible, I know. Last summer, I picked up a nice little rental for 70k. It's five years old, 3 bdr, 2 bth 1,750 sq' in a decent neighborhood. A great little rental for a young family.

I'm guessing a mini barn costs more than that in Lake Forrest.

LMAO

The SLS seems to be very polarizing. Most people I know love this machine and understand it for what it is and isn't. Then there is a group that just doesn't like the car and slam it by comparing it to $400k cars.

If no body prints data on the cars performance how will you make a short list
when buying. When they tested the Lexus on Top Gear he said it was one of the fastest car he had ever driven, agreed it's too expensive, but it's unique.

carry on watching, and see what the Porsche and Noble do to the SLS,
I think somebody had it in for the Lexus, but just watch the Porsche's
nose when he jumps the start, man that flies, Noble is nice too.

crap mobile? get the **** outta here with that.

Until I see a couple tests of the sort, I'm not making any judgments.

You can think its over priced (as I do), but a crap mobile? not a chance.

That’s exactly what I meant. That piece of "crap" is not in the league of a Lamborghini or Ferrari and I don’t care what anyone says. That car should be priced to compete with the Nissan GT-R ~$80k.
Do I think the Nissan GT-R is a piece of "crap?" The answer is NO.
But if Nissan tried to sell it for $400k, then I would be calling it a piece of "Crap."
So yes the LFA is a CRAPMOBILE!!!
Because if anyone pays $400k for that thing they might as well just spent $80k for Nissan GT-R towing a great big steaming pile of $320k worth of *****.
Just My Opinion

Its almost like Toyota is trying to make the LF-A a complete joke... you can't even technically buy the car anymore.

I think all of the cars are nice with the exception of the Noble. I've seen it in person and the fit and finish is far from these others in the vid.

I never heard no much crap, the Lexus is probably the most exclusive and
well built car out of them all, I would love to drive one.
If it had Ferrari or McLaren on the front you would all be praising it.
What I don't understand is how badly the GTR done and how well the
911 turbo done. The SLS is about the same as the Ferrari 458 I think
as tested on top gear. The Porsche was the fastest production type
car, and yet the 911 GT3 RS on top gear was I think just faster than
the SLS and Ferrari, the 911 T just seemed too fast.
The Lexus and the SLR are around the same price, which I'm sure you
say is too much , the Lexus I mean, however change the name from Lexus
to Lamborghini and no one would say a thing.

The guy says that the SLS is a '...little quicker...' but the SLS is literally WALKING AWAY from the LF-A. I mean..it is WAY ahead of it in that video.
