I havent driven one or owned a car with a paddle shifter but have always admired the old and new gullwing. I own a few cars including a BMW Z8 and it looks like the SLS is gonna take a similar path after production has ended. I made the mistake of waiting too long to buy the Z8. Now that the SLS has bottomed and is now rising in price, I wanted to grab one before they are all put away in collections. I didnt realize how little they made until reading on this forum. Anyways, cant wait to get behind the wheel...

From the photos it appears the one you bought has the optional ($6,000 additional) 11 speaker stereo system. The tweeters (that are lit at night) in the dashboard are the tell-tale sign. But Lambo (and Ferrari) dealers don't know about that...

I wouldn't sell mine....
I own an SLS Black Series, and just putting it out there, but I wouldn't sell it, not even at 500K. And just hear me out, if someone offered me 500, I would see even more value, and not sell. Just not happening. Love this car. Sits in the garage and I sit in a chair and stare at it.

Everyone is doing turbos now and hybrid, N/A is pretty much done and overwith at MB.
The Black Series SLS is essentially a new copy of the SL 300 Super Licht Super Aluminum body, which fetches millions at auction.
GLWS to any SLS and BSC owners who will sell, my guess is that there won't be many around in tip top condition and as seen historically, most people can't care for their cars at a high level - and pristine models will be impossible to find. They will nevertheless increase in value, if you can get any SLS under 150, its worth a buy and hold IMHO. As long as its not beat to SH**

I called about that car and believe it or not the salesman told me they would only sell the car to someone in the Atlanta area. They sold it new and want to keep it close. $475K

Speaking from experience of many years, and as a native Atlantan, dealerships in GA are not the place to buy high-end cars. I never buy cars in GA, always in FL, CA, TX, IL. Prices are outrageous, attitudes suck, just a note for future reference.
Cars I have bought from other states have been thousands less for certified or not, better equipped, and less miles.
