MY SUPERSPRINT RACING HEADERS AND X-PIPE
I wanted to share some photos of the current production of my racing headers and x-pipe from SuperSprint which are 90% complete now. I want to thank my bro (jacob502). I also want to thank Mr. Alessandro Gilli from Super Sprint and Nicola Bottazzi for the excellent communication and providing me with the best racing exhaust system (racing headers + x-pipe) for the SLS AMG. I also want to thank Mr. Roberto Gardini for providing these pictures, as they are all from the great exhaust company of Super Sprint.

They gave us a good discount being one of the first customers and the first through Mbworld.
You can see from the photos why we waited for this set up and did not go with any other exhust system.
A true 4-1 Longtube racing headers that will certainly get the bird flying. We will Post videos of the installation and flybys.

2008 C63 ,2009 SL 63 AMG, 2011 SLS AMG
Ok guys I got some dyno runs for you all. Today we took it to the dyno shop. The dyno used was a DynoDynamics. It was a shootout mode. The car has an ECU tune only. It is tuned for the headers while the exhust is still stock. This is causing knocking which puts the ECU in safe mode and results in a little loss of power (will all be adjusted when the headers is installed). The temperature was high @ 30-31C. However the car made decent power both on the crank and at the wheels given that Dynodyanimcs reads less than a dynojet or dynomaha. It made 574 at the crank and 474 at the wheels. I attached all the graphs and the readings from the computer. After the headers and x-pipe are installed, I will post the dyno graphs for them as well. I am hoping we will see some good gains.
The supersprint headers and x-pipe just arrived today. My brother , "SLS Qatar" will post the pictures soon.

Now that is one strong SLS Doing 474 whp at 88 F (31 C) on a dyno dynamics dyno is very respectful
You're doing this the right way Jacob... you got pre and post dyno sheets of your mods, which makes it so much easier to asses the gains and if there is ever a problem with a mod or loss of power after a specific mod, it makes it so much easier to diagnose.
Can't wait to see your progress

Thanks bro for posting the dyno sheets. I have pictures here to share of the exhaust system which has just arrived from SuperSprint. I apologize for the quality of the pictures as I did not want to remove the wrapping from the headers and x-pipe yet, until I take it to the shop for installation. Next week is Eid Holiday here in Qatar and that means 80% of shops will be on vacation. I will also got to Mecca for Haj Pilgrimaje on Friday and will be back by Wedenesday next week. So hopefully I will take the SLS to install the SuperSprint headers and x-pipe by Thursday of next week.
I will post more pictures next week when I come back.

The Headers and Xpipe are installed. It was some hard work for our great Mechanic. The angle to the manifold is a bit tight, which caused one of the mechanic's arm to be bruised. In the end, everything was adjusted correctly and as planned. Extreme Professional work was done. This Supersprint system is truly a work of art. Here are the photos:
The SLS sounds like a beast that has just been unleashed from hell. We will be recording a video pretty soon. We will let the ECU adapt to the new system and have it dynoed by next week
