New Owner; 2015 FE Roadster CF Question
Hello from a new owner of a 2015 SLS Roadster owner in Texas. I purchased it this week and it will arrive around the middle of November, due to me leaving the country for a few days.
I would like to know if there is a company that makes carbon fiber for the engine compartment? It has the extended CF interior option.

Congratulations on the purchase! Where in Texas are you? I'm located in Dallas...only have seen one other coupe and one convertible.
I saw the cf trim on eBay awhile ago for a convertible. Not sure if it's still up but eBay would be the best bet. Trying to overlay/go aftermarket may be difficult for the engine components. Would worry about quality of the trim because the heat.

Thanks for the replies! I am in Houston and my local dealer is trying the original AMG CF from MB for the engine compartment.
I have only seen one other in Houston and it is a 2012 red roadster.

I would be afraid of the price mb will be charging for new cf parts. It's tough finding any parts for our cars outside of mb so it might be your only option. If I ever make it down to Houston in the SLS I'll shoot you a pm.

Great car and congrats! I'd be interested in the CF engine cover as well. I priced one through my local MB dealer and got a quote for $10k. Front final edition front spoiler was $2,800. Let us know what you find out. Thx
