Ebay auctionhas ended. Sold for $960. Did not include the "slip cover" - which I assume means the outer "box" that contained the book.

My mistake. High bid was $960, but seller did not accept that price. Seller - in my opinion that value is lower because it does not have the cover. I'm not in the market for a book (already have one) - but that's my thoughts on the topic.
