The "It is illegal to annoy" bill that was passed into law (Sec. 113 of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act ) stems from behavior like this, not when people have forum arguments. Undoubtedly this law will eventually hit the Supreme Court for opinion but its pretty clear that it was intended to protect victims of cyberstalking which this arguably is.

It was. Next person who persists with this off topic discussion of someone's girlfriend's *** will be suspended for a period of time of my choosing... and this thread will be closed. I do not give a flying rat's a$$ about what happens at another Benz forum.
