I know your aware of it, but theres at least 2 sets of "repeated threads" because of people unable to post into the original thread, and I get hang-ups on about 20% of my posts .
Is there any progress on a fix ?
Thanks for your good service !
Cheers
Richard

Board moderators, please help by responding to this problem. Earlier, you had reported that a patch was going to be applied. Apparently, as more people use this board and respond to the many items, the issue of not being able to respond is on the rise. Again, as I mentioned a while back, it seems to be thread-related, like a deadlock situation or similar problem. Do you have any guidance for solving this problem, or is there some technical assistance you are able to obtain? Please let us know how this can be resolved. Thanks.

I have inquired with Mr. Vanos (The Webmaster) about this situation a few times. I have not received any response yet that I can pass along. I will again email him right now.

I came over to the Suggestions forum to start a thread on this very topic and here there already are others having the same problem today. I'm getting no better than 50% posting rate. This is especially galling on posting replies to one's own thread where members are asking me follow-up questions, and it appears that I am ignoring them, when in fact, the system simply won't let me respond.
People are posting new threads to continue discussions from old ones because it's easier to get a new thread to go through. But it's going to get very confusing if this continues for long (or gets worse). It's very frustrating that "Preview Reply" works great every time, but "Submit Reply" is at best a roll of the dice.

Ok.... Just got a reply back from Mr. Vanos. He has informed me that he is going to fix the DataBase parameters that have been causing these "HangUps" this week. He needed to find someone who knew mySQL well enough to help.
Let's keep our fingers crossed all goes well ! I would imagine that we will see an improvment by this weekend....
