What kind of drop would I get with these on a 2005 C230 Sport Sedan?
My car is starting to groan over speed bumps, is this everything I need to redo the setup?
Will I need a camber kit with these?

Yup everything is here, you can rock the stock height of your car or slam it out, you have quite a large range of heights. They will diminish body roll and make your car feel more planted around corners.

Do you have to take the tires off to adjust them? Not very knowledgable on these. Thanks for giving me some info.
I live close to you PM me your best price not shipped.

If you decide to slam your ride and don't want a super tilt to your wheels and would like to save your tires; a camber kit would be a viable option. But you do not need a camber kit per say.
To adjust your coilovers, you will need a hoist to raise the car and drop the rear LCA's to adjust the height.

I would probably only slam it at shows. I would just keep it low and even for normal driving. The front on mine now is much higher than the rear. All for are adjustable right? The other guy said something about only the rear.

you may also need a set of 10mm spacers to remedy the fronts from rubbing.
