*** VRP Extreme Belt Wrap Kit ***

I will put up a paypal link shortly where you can purchase them.
Thanks for the interest.
If you are bone stock I would still recommend you get the belt wrap kit but I wouldnt add a pulley. I think your money is better spent on a good set of headers & some cooling upgrades.. These cars need to be cooled to run properly. After that, grab an 80mm TB kit. I would leave the ECU & pulley until last.
Rflow306 is running the same ECU file as me.. his car has been running in the Florida heat for a while.. quickest so far that we know of and he put down 531rwhp... Albert is one of the guys that has been helping me ALOT with testing and trying out new mods..
I have a few different programmers that I deal with.. 2 are USA based, and 1 is Germany based. For obvious reasons I can't go into much more detail at this time, but soon, more information will be released. So far, the software has proven itself very well..
Have you been hanging around Rock lately???Rock.. You're starting to have an affect... LOL..
adam when is it due to arive? also when are the rims comming in?

1 IMPORTANT THING... The $899 shipped price is an INTRODUCTORY price which is good until Friday July 6th!!! at which point I have to put the price up to $999 shipped.
Second.. For those that have emailed & PM'd me about purchasing either one of these please see the link below....
There are too many emails to reply to so I thought it would be easier if I just post a link for you guys...

Oh!!!................did I mention that I'm also hoping to get some real life feedback on that speed shift thingy so I can go faster? I'm convinced I need one of those before SLEEPER gets his hands on one...............................and now I find out I need an "Extreme Wrap kit"........................... WTF, I didn't even know I had a problem in this department. If you're trying to give me an inferiority complex, you have accomplished your mission.
Come on Dave... You gotta stay on your toes!! My personal goal is to get you trapping 130mph off the spray... I'm doing all this for YOU..

BTW, your ported heads are ready.. They look SWEET! When should I ship them to you?? Oops.. You wanted this kept quiet didn't you... sorry about that...
Hey.. how come I didnt see any Paypal coming through with your name on it???? Hmmm.... Maybe my account is busted.. let me go check...

I have a question on belt slip ... does ECU not modulate timing according to boost/IAT/detonation and not engine speed? It seems the engine will run rich on top with bigger pulley 'coz it sees bigger boost and dumps fuel ...
So no belt slip should still give black tips and belt slip will give much more black tips ... It would be great to know more objectively if I am getting belt slip than looking at my exhaust tips ... how would one do this?
I dont see any boost drop-off from my scanner at high rpm but car does seem to hit a bit of a plateau around 5500-6000... and on change up it then seems to pull harder.
If I am getting belt slip I NEEED one of this kits asap ... but I just want to make sure I am suffering from the problem otherwise I might be better off getting some pythons!
Ah one more thing ... will the ASP handle the additional tension from the extreme belt wrap kit? Those few welds on the ring are not very confidence inspiring ... does anyone know if the ASP outer ring is keyed onto the stock pulley damper or just welded?

As for your power drop.. i think that was S/C disengaging on you. Belt slip is not that aggressive of a power drop. Its almost the same feel as a car's clutch slipping.. car revvs but the power seems to be dropping off.
Yours sounds more abrupt so it must be the S/C disegagement due to high IAT. You need some cooling mods buddy.[/QUOTE]

thats strange...i have the evosport cooling kit...i guess it could still happen?
