Oh! I see a difference!

The holes around the hub part of the wheels! Different pattern.

Exactly...the holes on the first wheel are on the polished part...

the holes on the other wheel are on the painted part

the E63 replica wheel has sharper edges....and the CL wheel is more smooth

Nice find on this. Didn't notice till you said they were different. I attributed it to the diff offsets.
