I actually meant that Lambo LP640 and 997TT are not that fast because they only manage high 11's. EVO's are fast, but its very difficult to get them to run 9's... a lot of the cars in the link you posted as well as dragtimes are not street legal. If you want to have the fastest street legal car, it has to be a corvette or a viper. You can definitely get low 8's and 1,200whp+ in either one.
