just had adam and tony redo a renntech stg 5 and brake kit 4 which was installed by a non-dealer. they took care of my car as if it was theirs. you just don't see this type of customer service anymore, i was very impressed. if you guys need any mods done, i highly recomend checking with these guys first.

Agreed. I have recived beyond amazing customer service from adam. The best part is when you send him an email, and you recieve a reply within half a minute.

haha ya that guy doesnt sleep. i e-mail him at all kinds of crazy hours and like you said 2 seconds later i have a reply.

LOL, funny you all bring that up. These days, swift email response is definitely a tool to show responsiveness to the customer. Adam and I have gone back and forth with one sentence emails all too often.
Glad to see so many kudos from up north. It is good to see you all taken care of. Ultimately, it is the relationship and customer service that matter more than the deal and or even the product itself.
