with the electronic limiter removed, what is the top speed attainable with the W210 E55?

If my memory serves me right, I believe it would be ~171 mph.

ruBENZ, Does anybody make a 200mph speedo for our cars? Even with out the limiter the stock speedo goes the 155mph. Are you using a G-tech or some like that to measure your top speed?

I recall the figure from memory. What I do not recall is where I read it, and how it was calculated.

Let's race yours and mine to see what happens between 99 and the 01, lol. I guess you should be driving around with me because on my way down to the mall the other day again, I was driving down Wilbur (nice and quiet) and another M3 rolled up next to me. He rev'd, I smiled, the light changed and I ate him alive. Now, I don't know if he knew how to drive but he just couldn't keep up, lol. I'm traveling next week but when I get back let's get together fo sheezy!
