I recently purchased a 2003 E55 and transferred my laser jammer from my 2001 E55. Does anyone have the centre front bumper mesh that they would sell to me?

Wow! That is cheap. The local stealer wants $240 canadian. Has anyone tried one of these inserts? How do they look? They look a little different than the OEM one from the picture.

The link shows the mesh for standard bumper style NOT the sport/ AMG bumper, the mesh shown is plastic , the ones we have is perforated/ mesh metal , entirely different.

Hey Steve, I've been thinking about installing the ZR3 Laser Shifter/jammer. Is this the jammer you are using? Have you found that it actually saves you? Did you install it yourself? How long did it take? The ZR3 (Escort) has two transmitters in the front and one in the rear. Seems like a bit of wiring involved. Connections would be easy. It's just routing the wires that scares me a bit.

Lot's of questions and a bit off topic but thanks in advance.

I actually have a Blindar M20. The connections are almost as easy as hooking up a telephone. I don't know for sure if it has saved me, but I did not get a ticket while I was using it. I have a friend that is a cop that is going to test it for me in my 2003 one day. I ended up buying new mesh from the dealer as someone bought the car. I don't think Phil will ship to Canada.
