Any Kleeman specialists round here

With some pain and a lot of luck found and got 1st gen Kleemann SC for my W210 E55.
Currently I have following preformance related mods on the car - VRP pulley, VRP Headers, VRP ECU,VRP W211 E55 Airbox with green filters, AMS pulley, Magnacores, X-Pipe - resonator removed. I think that's it Puting Kleemann SC gen 1 on it. What should I expect in terms of HP/TQ? Is there any over upgrades I could do to the car. I know I could remove 2ndary cats - before SC they would not make much difference but what about now - would it help? Is there any other things I could do?

you can do cams...

do a search in the W211 section. Here's an interesting thread on s/c + cams : https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...highlight=cams

Otherwise the next step beyond s/c is VRP heads + VRP cams. Or N20

Did not do dyno - all my numbers are from Vtech. Remember LSD made a huge difference because of much better lunches. I've seen VTech posting 303 whp I think but with all the bmods biggest difference became in 0-60 - from 5.1 down to 4.5 )))))
all the mods work well together - and AMS seem to do lot of good as well.

I would also like to find a Kleemann 1st gen S/C, That seemed to be a much better S/C then the Eaton thay are using now.
I've actually lost a BIG trust for Kleemann since they seem to e a company that only like to sell "high HP" numbers and not publish the real HP numbers

I have been in contact with Kleemann in Denmark,e-mail and I have been at their facility in Denmark. I was about to let them install a Eaton S/C in my car and had a time booked in for that. But I started to read about Kleemann and people that have had their cars done by Kleemann, and I'm REALLY glad I did'nt go for the Eaton S/C from Kleemann.
A friend of mine here in has a W210 E55 year 2000. And he has headers, full exhaust,Kleemann ECU on 99 Octane fule and their Eaton S/C.
And when he left Kleemann after the installation they didn't dyno it. Not before, and not after
So as the happy camper he was with the new torque he thought he had those advertised 540 HP that Kleemann claims it should have with this kit.
This was late autum 2007, so he drove it just a few hundred Kilometers before he stored it during the cold winter here in Sweden.

This spring he took it out and thought he was about to enjoy the new power in his E55 by Kleemann. So he decided to do a dyno on it just to check how many HP he had.
You can beleive he was disappointed when it only gave around 310 RWHP So he decided to get in contact with Kleemann to have his car checked out to see if their was a problem with it.
So he drove down to Denmark frpm Sweden (750 Km) and let them have a look at it.
They dynoed it to 430 Crank HP in ther dyno room Thats a h*ll of a big difference from 540 HP that they claim And with a calibration with the fule and air they at last found 493 Crank HP in his car.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, thats a h*ll of a big difference from the 540 HP that they claim with all the mods except their Super Sport Camshaft.
And thats even 7 Crank HP less (500HP) then what they claim it should have with ONLY S/C and no other mods

I've been in contact with Kleemann about this but they only talks it away bla bla bla.
I should also note that this W210 E55 has only 60K miles on the meter, so it's a fresh E55 and not a junkyard object.

Long post, but I've actually lost all my trust in Kleemann after this Really sad because I like their thinking of "Comfort Power". Why not just publish lower HP numbers so the customers that are really interested like we are not get disappointed.

I agree with Abalone on this one. Peter got a stage II Kleeman installed on his car...it's only making 367whp...for $15,000!

2.5" S/C pulley making 9.2 psi

I had a custom 2.5" s/c pulley made that produced 9.2psi that 3 psi over what the 2.8" was making. the power she make now is what I was expecting what Kleemann claimed and advertised

I been running the 2.5" hard for 2 months now and it run great! even in 70+degree temperature. It run like a bat out hell! in 47degree temperature which we are having now in WA.

About the s/c pulley. The 2.5" pulley are made out of light weight a/c aluminum, it weight 1/3 of the Kleemann pulley. Also have nonslip cut into it ribs. I also using Good Year gatorback Poly-V belt for extra grip

Rear tire went bald in less than a months, the front still have 60% tread left. I just replace all four corner with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tire. I got 3 words..OMG! it grip like she have claw on her in a straight line. No need for LSD

I'm putting her back on the dyno next tuesday to see what she putting out. I hoping to see 520bhp or more

did you get any dyno numbers? I believe I was the one who bought the 2.8 pulley from you awhile ago. how's the 2.5 you think I should go 2.5 on mine?

I don't remember the actual number but it around 520hp at 9.2psi. I remove the 2.5 pulley already, now i'm running the 2.6" which make about 8.2psi. not as aggressive as the 2.5". Seeing what happen to Jeff B car it worry me. i might blow a head gaskets or something worst. Maybe i'll reuse the 2.5 when i get the engine compression down to maybe 9:1 or 9.5:1

I really like the power she make at 9.2 psi. you get max boost at about 3k rpm. The S/C just screem at low rpm now it alittle quiet better be safe than sorry. also i was getting 12-13 mpg with the 2.5" pulley with the 2.6" i'm getting 14-16 mpg in town. so people who complain they getting 20 mpg should be
