2001 E55 Whats it worth?
Im looking into trading my car and $3,000 for this e55, I have $7,500 into my car so id be basically buying it for $10,500... The car is nice only thing holding me back it is was and sideswiped and repaired but has a salvage title? What do you guys think of the offer and is it worth it?

Why not spend another 5K and get one in clean original shape, with maintenance history and without tasteless aftermarket mods?

In my opinion when you buy an E55, you don't touch it. Why take off AMG bumpers and put those on? Doesn't make sense to me. I'd wait around for a nice one to come along. Took me almost 2 years to finally find the exact E55 I wanted. It was worth the wait. Keep looking

If your still interested I'll sell you mine. Looking to take advantage of bad economy and move into a newer model.
think about it.
2002 E55 Tectite Gray with Navi, phone and voice command. Almost 56,000 on the odometer and have all maint records from original owner plus all maint that I have done.

Any good E55 will cost you around $13-18k. Their prices have been rock solid even in this global financial crisis. The W210 E55 is pretty much the only car that has not dropped in value in over 12 months. I have a feeling they are pretty close to rock bottom and will continue to stay in this range for some time. Anything below $12k is suspect and probably is a "stories" car.
