it had lots of swirls, quite a few chips/scratches, some scrapes and i noticed a few dings. looking back i probably should have drove it, but i didn't want to waste any more of my friend's time since i had no intention of buying it. he's been a Mercedes mechanic for almost 13 years so he'll be going with me or at least checking out any of them that i'm interested in.

i was kind of hung over as well so dealing with the shady looking sales guys didn't sound very fun.

 

Hey Strigoi that dealership has 2 E55 a black and a silver one. The black one looks beat up and he is asking a lot for that car I didnt even bother to test drive it. Is the Silver one still there?

 

i didn't see any silver ones there and they only show the black one on their website.

 

I actually call my car "grandpa's E55" as it is pretty much stock and isn't as ostentatious as W211 cars. A sleeper isn't a bad thing.
