The front mounts yes. This mounts have phenolic oil inside. the rear's not. You need a new subframe mounts. (Common fail in the W210 chassis) You would replace only the front ones, but i recommend you to change all 4
You not got some strange noise in the rear suspension with road bumps? when this mounts fail and expulse the phenolic oil start to making noise in road bumps

No you dont. you only need to remove the screews in a bridge and lower the subframe by a 4 inchs, but you need a special tools (oem mercedes workshop tool) to remove the old ones and press the new ones on to the subframe again. (you canot do that by your self) is a little hard to replace that, i recommend you a stealer or go for an specializaed indy shop
we replace lots of that here and you need to broke some metal parts in the old mount to remove it. is not easy.. But YES, the phenolic oil comes by the mount!
