Stay tuned for pics, pricing and details..... (maybe parting out)
This was a really tough call as I LOVE, LOVE this car definitely the best car I have ever owned. I just don't have the space for it anymore and with the winter months ahead I can't have her sleep outside.
I purchased the car from MBWORLD Jimmydagreeek so I would like to keep her in the Fam.

I've personally seen this car in person when Jimmy owned it, pristine condition. I'm sure Armani took good care of it as well... how many miles does she have now?

The quality of Mercedes is phenomenal. I swear the car drives exactly the same from when I first bought her a few years ago. As long as you keep up with the maintenance on these cars they will love you back and give you that great driving experience. I've owned E430, S500 & E55 all great cars and never skipped a beat. The E55 is defiantly the lowest cost in maintenance hands down.

"A lot of labor" with trial and error is involved. As with the 2000+ the front bumper has to be removed to get to the lens. Finished project laser beams for miles and the cut-off is amazing. You can practically cut trees down

I might be interested i the Sprint Booster if you decide to sell it separately.
I've blown a lot of money in the last month, so I'm in no hurry.

I purchased a 2001 E55 with 54K miles 2 years ago and it now 65k miles and has as yet, to give me any sign of anything wrong with it. Most reliable car! Meanwhile my 1999 C43 has used two MAFs in one year, and another I had, a 1997, lunched its tranny shortly after purchase. They are still great cars and the 1999 at 78K miles, still looks like brand new inside and out and drives like a new car.
Only issue I have with the E55 is that the leather used on the seats is not of the same quality as that of the C43, and looks a bit used with that low mileage.
As far as function and performance, the E55 is very quick, comfy and returns over 18.5 MPG average over 11K miles, at least so says the computer. I have a pretty heavy foot.

Thats pretty surprising. My friends has a c43, and I think the perforated seats in the E55 are much nicer than the c43. Is there a real difference in leather qualilty or grade, or just perception?

Jordan,
You may have me mixed up with the original poster, Armani. Although my car is unofficially for sale. It appears you've got a '99. Mines a '02.
If you or someone is interested in a whole car, let me know.
Cheers !
