and what is best and is there a difference between these brands in sound quality

Either Megan Racing and Magnaflow will fit. The Summit racing one looks too spread out between the two pipes which might have a problem if you plan on replacing the 2nd cats with the x-pipe.

I would've chosen the summit racing one, but my time was short and the shop had only magnaflow.

2000 W210 E55 AMG
Just purchased a 2000 W210 E55 a few weeks ago. 186K miles. Only one previous owner. Just finished doing some maintenance on her. Mobil One 0-40 Oil change (bought the pump to do it through the dipstick), Bosch Plugs, added two K&N air filters. Now just ordered my Xpipe from Amazon and will have it fitted in a few days.
Thanks for posting your video, it sealed the deal for me to do the xpipe, secondary cat delete and resonator removal.
