Not posted for a while but it's time for an update. MagnaFlow 200 CEL sports/high-flow catalytic converters and the WiFi ODB2 connector have arrived.
The cats will be welded into the custom hot-shot headers I'm having fabricated/fitted, and the ODB2 unit is to assist in the Dyno sessions to be had while getting the Eurocharged ECU tunes done.

This is exactly what I am interested in doing. Whomever is fabricating your headers should keep the jig so they can make more. I suspect long tube headers will make a fairly big improvement on these cars! Thanks for sharing. I am going to follow along.

House of Cars x Kleemann x E55 W210
It's been a couple of months since I've updated this thread, but I wanted to share the news that I am finally going ahead with supercharging the W210.
I'm working with House of Cars and Sub-Zero Motorsport in Dubai (UAE) on this part of the project.
House of Cars are the official representatives and authorised dealers for Kleemann in the GCC region, and Sub-Zero Motorsport happen to be the number one desert race and road tuning company in the country, so in both cases we're in very good hands.
Obviously a Kleemann supercharger kit has been chosen, with House of Cars doing the fitting, and Sub-Zero handling fabrication and Dyno services. A remap from Kleemann comes as part of the kit, but I have previously discussed custom remaps with EuroCharged too and will be using their skills to push the "off the shelf" Kleemann map to the best it can be with what will most likely be road based real-time tuning.
There will be Kleemann headers, BMC filters, larger capacity fuel injectors, and a Kleemann LSD fitted to compliment the supercharger and the power increases it develops.
I will give a full breakdown of the kit once it arrives from Denmark, and expect to see progress photos and videos from each stage of the process.

I have considered that strongly while looking into all this, but after speaking with Kleemann directly I've been assured it's not necessary as long as I run their recommended boost pressures and custom ECU map. If I want to push boost pressure up then of course internals need to be upgraded.
I am looking at spending extra money on reducing intake air temperatures however.
Thanks Mickey!

OK! Very interested to watch and learn, sounds like a great project! Will you share current mileage on the clock? I am putting together a project in my mind right now for the e55 engine.

A quick snap of the AMG I posted on my Instagram which I thought I'd also share here. Something to fill the gap until I continue posts about the impending upgrades and modifications.

I was happy to get this message from Arnie, the shop manager at House of Cars about my Kleemann kit finally being en route.

Stopped by House of Cars this afternoon to find out that my Kleemann kit had arrived early! I shot a video of the unpacking and will post it ASAP.
Work will start on Sunday.

Everybody but a few were missing the point that I prefer the W210 in every way possible. This is a passion project on a car I love.
You and I both Sir.

So I finally go around to performing a few Dyno runs at Sub-Zero Motorsport in Dubai today.
The car hit 331bhp at stock with the ESP system disconnected, an ambient air temperature of approximately 27°C (81°F), and after a full day of regular driving.
I will update the thread with the full dyno results once I'm sent the complete datalog, and I'll also post the link to a short video I made of the session ASAP.
In the meantime, here's a few still shots from the session.

I'm heading to the shop now to photograph the mornings progress.
