Multi-contour seats not working at all, air hissing from front

When I start the car, the pump kicks on and stays on for about 20-30 seconds. It sounds like air is hissing from the front seats. No controls work on either seat. I bought the car like this and I'd like to finally get it fixed. Would someone make a step-by-step video for $20? Lol, I don't want to ruin anything, TIA!

pop the seat back panel off. should be two screws via bottom lip of the panel.
carefully examine the hoses and all fittings which is the easiest failure. maybe a
loose fitting.

Thanks, I'm assuming the passenger side since that's the route the air lines are routed from the rear? At least that's what it looked like in a diagram. And by back panel do you mean the upright folder pouch on the back of the seat or the hard plastic cover underneath the back of the seat?

yes, from memory, the plumbing comes in from the right/pax side since the PSE
pump is also on that side (at least this is so in my 210 non-AMG). yes, the
back panel of the seat with the expando pouch my kids use for garbage and
french fries.

Well I've almost found what's wrong. The passenger side works but very little since all the air is escaping from the driver control side.

Got sidetracked for a bit. Installed headers and bought a daily beater that I've been working on.

The previous owner shoved a rivet to plug the broken hose. I removed the rivet and it didn't make a difference, I think that hose is a return line? It sounds like all the air is leaving from the driver side controls. I see four smaller hoses (black, green, orange/red, yellow) and the one larger broken black line, not sure where the larger broken line goes for sure but I'm assuming to the bladder controls.

Any advice on how to fix this? Not sure how to remove the bladder controls, thanks guys!

Well I got the bladder controls off, and I'm missing the front most nipple that goes to the larger black hose. I just glued it into the bladder control for now. Some of the functions work on the drivers seat but barely. The passenger side works pretty well. I swapped over controls and the driver side started to work but then stopped.

Is it common for the controls to go bad? What kind of grease do they use for the hoses? Hoping the bladders don't have a leak, the front leg bolster does nothing on the drivers side.

I will be on mine. When I get around to it I'll update my project thread. I was quoted £200 per set of bladders, one set needed per seat.

Rebooting this thread, I just got a w210 and am having a similar issue, one of the lines cracked off the bottom of the nipple firstly, but also i can hear the air coming in from the main line, the control doesnt seem to hold the air. I can hold my finger over it and feel the pressure build to the driver seat. I need to somehow get the white nipple off to glue it back on, or get a replacement. It looks like it will slide off? anyone know the part number for these?? The attached pic is not mine, but exactly the same...
