if you change the hood, lights, fenders and bumper to facelift parts they should all fit.

First, periods between sentences are your friends. Second, how are you with welding, filling, and sanding metalwork? I ask because that's what you are looking at doing to make it work.

Why welding you think it won't fit just like that

no welding should be needed. If you are getting aftermarket parts some body work may be needed to get them to fit nicely but oem parts should bolt right up.

I believe that he's talking about replacing 99 fenders with 02 fenders. Those don't just bolt on.

I'm talking about the headlights, hood, front bumper, grill, and trunk and fenders. Pretty much I wan the car to be just like the 02 exterior well the body kit is going to be for the 02 W210

I seen someone put on the same body kit on their 02 W210 he said if fit perfectly he Had no trouble at all putting them on except the rear bumper that is because the exhaust he had on but it was minor trouble he just had to lower it half an inch

I might be wrong, but I believe that the front fenders on my 1999 E55, and his, are actually different from post-facelift models and the bumpers, headlights, headlight surrounds, and hood don't quite fit from '00-'02 on a '95-'99 body without modifying or replacing the front fender.

Edit: confirmed: the front crash-absorbing structure and a-pillars are also redesigned between a 1999 and 2000 model.

Your right the 99 fenders are different from the 00-02 fenders I'm changing the fenders as well. So if I change the fenders, front lights, hood, front bumper, and grill do you think it will fit. That's all I wanna know are the bolts in the same place or are they different. If someone knows please let me know.
