Steering wheel replacement.
Hey Guys,
The time has come to replace my stock steering wheel which is worn. I found a compatible replacement, i would like to obtain insight with regard to the replacing it with the new one. The UTube videos can be deceiving at times. The center bolt looks to be very tight which is something i would anticipate.
Any info you could offer up would be appreciated!!
Cheers,
-Rob

It's been several years since I swapped my steering wheel. I do not recall it being difficult at all. There is a DIY posted here or on benzworld somewhere that lays it all out.

It is straight forward.
Center bolt is headache. Use powerful torque gun or use long pipe as a lever. Ask someone strong to hold steering wheel while you'r trying to break loose center bolt, dont use steering wheel lock as a counter force.
PS. make sure your steering wheel and wheels are straight aligned
