Just a couple of questions:
1)Is the cooling circuit still shared between the supercharger's intercooler and the engine? Or have you guys separated the cooling circuits and created a dedicated circuit for just the intercooler?
2) Does the pump run all the time or is it still controlled by the ECU and turned on only when temps reach a certain level?
Thanks in advance
JMO, but with the current level of expense/power return on W211 mods (and I note that Evosport is certainly not the most expensive tuner out there), I have to think that someone is going to come up with a replacement blower for these cars that is more efficient and that will allow much larger power gains.

Since they will be selling this as a stand alone I would expect that it is 15-20 rwhp without tweaking the ECU which is AWESOME considering the car is still in stock format.

I thought I should also point out that you will be extremely hard pressed to find a more efficient supercharger than the stock Lysholm Kompressor this car has.

To be honest, it's simple - no one wants to try it and blow their $30k motor... you have to understand the mentality is a lot different. A cobra guy is crazy and wants to run 9s on a stock block, the 55K cars, for the most part, just want to increase performance a little bit and still be well within the confines of their warranty.
Without this cooling upgrade, I'd be VERY wary of running anything more than 2-3psi more on a stock motor. This car @ stock boost already has some pretty significant trouble dealing with the heat.
FWIW, the C32 and SLK32 Kompressor cars ran the same blower @ 19-20psi without problems.

The pump we use is made for marine use and next size up from stock Bosch pump. Our main criteria is to make sure that we can get as close as we can to ambient temperature at the pump's inlet.

Stock IHI kompressor is 2.2L. It should be good for 700HP (585 RWHP). What's keeping it from reaching this HP level is primarily intercooler design. Look at SLR, McLaren repositioned the intercoolers above intake ports. That motor can easily go to 700HP. Brabus already has a 660HP package.
Thank you

Thank you for the info. Please e-mail me at iturk182@aol.com when you get them in. I just ordered the headers & spacers from you guys. I look forward to getting the cooling upgrade.
