Does this E55 look like a good deal?

Given the options, mileage, and year?

Sounds like a really nice well optioned car at a very reasonable price given mileage.

2003 E55 Techtite over Blue Leather.
I got my 03' loaded with pano roof & every oher option available except for...
Distronic, rear side roller blinds and auto trunk closer ...it had only 6000 miles and the lease payoff amount at that time (I chose to assume the lease for the last 30 months) was $73000 and that was 5 months ago. i wouldhave to say that this white one is priced aggresively. If you can get i for anything around $74000 do it!

2004 E55
EKaru:

I have an '04 Brilliant Silver in EXCELLENT Condition. The options on my Sig below. Just need to drop the Conti tires.(They're not the greatest tire)
Has 19,599 miles on it - 34 months left on the lease - $1295/per/month
I'm letting it go to the first guy who will assume the lease. As I posted before, I'm also throwing in $3000 as I really need to get out from under the $'s that it's tieing up.

Any interest?

imo...it's too much money. why not go buy a brand new 2005 with 0 miles, new center console, more comfortable seats, headlights that turn with the car, fancy pedals and the speedo that shows 200mph.

i was looking hard at 2004's but too expensive. if you don't need all those options, buy a new car. i really don't believe a fully loaded car will keep its value vs. a nicely loaded car. once again, imho!

my car stickered for $85k...it had just what i wanted...nav, lighting package, cd changer, wood trim and vented seats. the dealership came $2k off sticker...now you're at $83k for a car that's brand new and never been hammered. $6k difference for a year newer with no miles...in this price range...to me it's a no brainer!

i've never bought new cars before...this was my first in 17 years...it became frustrating looking at 03's for $72k and 04's for $76k.

from what i've seen you should be able to find dealerships that are willing to come off the msrp.

good luck in your endeavor...no matter what year you buy, the E55 will put a smile on your face every time you drive it!

I think I checked on that one before I ordered mine.
At the time World Imports had a White car originally bought in NJ. It was brought back to the dealer numerous times for electrical issues and eventually bought back by MB. Be sure to do due diligence before purchase.

With its given mileage around 9000+, I'm not if I'd pay up that much, especially when it's an '04. The price could be depreciated a bit more, I'd think.

thats why the car is being sold used at a roughly 20k discount off new. Used cars go for less than new. 20k is a huge flop in value if you aske me!

If you dont like used cars go buy them new....but if u bought that used car you would have a huge bit more cash left in the bank if you sold it at 4 years of age.

I wouldn't get it because I don't like white. However, for someone who does, it would be a great deal at the $73900 price.

They've had that car for 3 months or so. I bet you can do better on the price.
Based on others available, I think it's a good deal as it stands.
