E55 AMG WAGON
Well life is pretty funny since I just got rid of a 575m and bought a E55T
My advice is... if u are going to buy one. Get the 575m dont even think of the 550, do not use it as a daily driver... the Maranello is very very hard to get rid of. They break down all the time and Ferrari charges the hell out of you.. Now I don’t mind paying to get my car fixed cause that’s what you do with those cars. Its the time they are in the shop that really killed me.. They have so many problems, its not funny. My advice is get an 8cilinder Ferrari.. at least when u don’t want it, there is always some guy that will take it out of your hands...
But that’s just my opinion.. oh and the Maranellos depreciate at a ridiculous speed.

I drive a E55T, SLK55 and 65 Mustang Conv.
It's funny that you got the E55T and are now looking to get rid of the E55. We got ours and I think Wolf is trying to figure out how to add another beast to the collection. Won't likely happen until they change the E but you never know.

Jeff-
Just cause I'm selling her doesn't mean that I won't still come to the AMG Challenge! Did you go to Lime Rock this year?? I wanted to go to Homestead, but I was on urgent business travel that weekend and couldn't make it--but I'm planning on going to the next one I can get signed up for. Hope to see you there!!

Are u sure u want a Maranello
Hey Vic,
I have a friend in Manhattan that might be interested in selling his. Its a Grillo Metalizato (gray metalic) with dark blue interior and gray stiching 575M. I think it has like 16000 miles or so but dont quote me on that.

Haha, just kiding, I've been looking to purchase aswell soon, no immediacy though. Importing into Canada is a hassle though. Off topic, but does anyone know any good Ferrari forums, I've only found one and none match up to this one.

I have to add that to my "to do" list before I forget. Congrats!! But from your sig., it looks like you go through cars pretty quick.

Yeah, I seem to have the automotive version of ADD. I'm hoping (as is my wife) that a Ferrari helps me to "settle down" for a while. If not, it's ritalin with a shot of 10W40 for me.
