The Eisenmann exhaust is 100% worth the money. Eisenmann makes the OEM Porsche exhaust and the SLR 
If you think the Eisenmann exhaust is to much $$ try paying for the Eisenmann Ti for the M3.

Magnaflow makes multiple length 5x8 mufflers nad they even make them in stainless steel. www.justmagnaflow.com has them at almost 50% off the retail price, they are the cheapest online distributor of magnaflow exhaust parts. I have the 18" magnaflow on my benz and its definitely quieter than the regular 14" they even make 22" if you want but i think thats major overkill. 18" is all the muffling you'd ever need, sounds nice and refined at exhaust but still allows for some decent growl at WOT.
