10.95 @ 131.23 Mph
FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY. Here's the video. You'll see Amen pushing me the entire way. I'm convinced that he ran into the 11's but my car seems to have tripped both beams.
Thanks to everyone for their support and help on this quest for the 10's. The E is officially retired from drag racing. The nitrous kit now comes off the car. I made a deal with God- "Dear God, please let me get 10's on the spray + Kleemann motor without blowing up and I promise I'll never use nitrous on this car again."
Here's the recipe in case it can help anyone:
1) 2005 E55
2) Kleemann Stage 2 from Chris Chapas with C2 Designs in Tampa (amazing guy with Disney World customer service)
3) Kleemann LSD from Chris Chapas
4) 16" CCW Classic custom wheels that clear the caliper by MM's
5) 16" Mickey Thompson Street Radials @ 14 cold PSI thanks to the CCW wheels. These hook even better than the BF DR's.
6) Air filters removed before run. From a certain someone on this board.
7) Air pressure in front tires increased to 48 cold PSI.
8) NOS Ford 4.6 liter dry shot kit fashioned into a MB wetshot by Tim. Tim is an amazing master MB mechanic who can build anything. You can't find my nitrous kit if you tried it's so well hidden.
Have fun and let's see something under 10.95!

Marcus Frost- how do u like your S4 so far? It sounds like a hell of a car - I'm sure it will be nice to have in the Chicago winters as well.
