Carbon fiber for rear bumper
I finally got pics of the carbon fiber piece I had made for the rear bumper. Don't know what took me so long.

The Carbon Fiber panel is a Replacement of the plastic cover...Not a Overlay
It can be done in several colors and is made to order as each one is custom made by hand...It took a long time to get it right...so it will flex

It took me a really long time to get the piece made because the carbon fiber piece had to be flexible in order to fit nicely onto the bumper. I think the guy made like three of them which all had to be trashed, before finally getting it right.
As to cost, I don't know what it would cost just yet. The person made it for me in exchange for some work I did for them so I can't say how much it would cost yet.
However, I believe a mold was made. Not 100% sure though. But if there was one made,and another piece is desired it should not take as long as it did for me.
I'll post more information as I get it.

I'm glad there is a lot of interest in this mod. It was one of the first things I thought about doing for my car when I first saw the black plastic piece.
I think the carbon fiber can also be done in other colors like silver.
I'm not sure what the policy on this board is about group buys. I don't want to violate any terms of the board.
But I do want to help others get this part because I think it's a simple, but distinguishing mod.
