My new Jewelry (Carlsson lip)
So, I up and ordered the Carlsson front lip… I had my friend paint it and I mounted it myself. And I did an EXCELLENT job lining it up flush all the way around. Nice unit. I’ve never seen any lip, spoiler, or add on have such an aggressive mounting kit before. It comes with … uh… maybe 16 large stainless steel hex bolts and lock washers and nuts… I mean, there’s a hole for it every 6 inches and its industrial strength.

Funny, drilling through our stock air damn is like shredding cheese… its so wimpy. This lip just saved the rest of my front end’s life.

I love the look… anything to dress up the front end. So now I’m the silver version of you blacked out folks… white side markers, Carlsson lip, mess converted to silver.. and the grill is the silver and chrome variety. Nicer AMG colored hood ornament to boot…

Sorry for the low res poorly lit shot… will have a better one shortly when my 8.1 mp camera finally arrives.
