Did you just removed resonators and installed Esman exhauts ??? or you installed X-pipe as well ???Originally Posted by Vic55

When you removed your CATs did the pressure in the exhaust system dropped ???
Did they have to program ECU when you removed the CATS ???
Tell us more about your set UP and post a clip

I am hoping for a video today but the weather has been bad in So Cal. My setup consists of the removal of the post cats and resonators and then I replaced the factory exhaust with the Eisenmann Race version. There is less back pressure but I have not noticed any loss in power down low. Up top the car seems to pull even better but that may just be in my head. The ECU is programmed to the Evo power package which consists of the headers and pulleys- there was no reprogram when the cats were removed. I know that it probably had to calibrate a little with the change in back pressure on its own though.Originally Posted by M5 RUS

The thing I was told by Kleemann Germany that with headers and freeflowing exhausts the pressure in the system drops fron 0.9 to 0.7 and they have recalibilrate ECU to put the pressure back to 0.9 in orderto make same or more HP !!!
VIC may be you can speak about this with Evosport and tell US what they think
May be REAR PART of the exhausts after CAts, mufflers and rear mufflers doesnt affect back pressure by that much ???
