E55 vs C6 Z06 video posted on M5board
ok.. who's E55 was caught on this video...
there are 2 scenes in which the Z06 and E55 line up from a roll....
scene 1: E55 pulls away
Scene 2: The C6 Z06 pulls away even harder
for those of you who have raced or own a Z06, your input is needed.

Except for the part where they are going around curves, it doesn't sound like the E55 was even trying to hang! Listen to the engine noise and notice how still the camera is in the video. I know when I punch my E, no one would be able to hold a camera that still, and you would hear the beast coming out to feast!

It doesn't look like they were racing.
It looks more like the E55 guy was the video camera for a Z06 video.
And then they took turns, so the Z06 guy videotaped the E55 at the end.
Does anyone have video of a real race between the E55 and Z06?

You can't really tell anything from the videos.
A stock Z06 should SMOKE a stock E55 from a roll. No question there.
But having said that, we know nothing about the two cars in this video. Were they racing? Were they stock? Video doesn't prove anything. But it is entertaining.

Granted, this video does not really prove much, nor say much.
I would hope a Z06 could pull away from an E55 but in either case, you have two sick cars chasing each other. I watched the vid earlier today on a different computer and I didn't notice any new exhaust tips on it to my knowledge. The Z just sounds badass when you go WOT with it, but as for the video. It's a video, with no information or really good basis on which car was faster in either situation. Entertaining basically.
